This will encompass dialogue among the guards, agency management management and client representative to address operational and/or administrative problems. This will also include a "bull session" wherein individual or personal opinions, comments and/or recommendations shall be discussed to further maximize camaraderie, sprit d' corps towards effective cooperation and working relationships among the employees, and guards.
  5. Conduct and maintain field inspection and dialogues on a daily and weekly basis
  6. Maintains a disciplinary board (Separation and retention Board) composed of officials of the Agency to hear and decide cases of violations committed by the Security guards and Officers.
  7. Quarterly refresher course of Security Guard
  8. Maintain close rapport with the Government Agencies and can tap their assistance if and when necessary

  10. Can provide Electronic Security System *FREE OF CHARGE! (*depending on the contract rate, number of SG and years of contract))
  11. Can provide all types of Vehicle for the use of Security Detachment

WELFARE PROGRAMS FOR GUARDS

  1. Guaranteed on time payment of Salary thru BDO payroll system, even the clients are delayed in their monthly obligation to AGENCY.
  2. Guaranteed Character Loan (2x a month) 10 days before pay day.
