Created to coordinate closely with clients, so as to get feedback on the performance of the assigned security guard and the agency's handling of concerns and complaints of the clients. Objective of this is to improve the quality of service to the valued clients. To maintain its integrity, Three (3) Inspecting teams tasked to conduct inspection of the Security Guards at all Clients establishment and to dialogue with them or their respective representative as to the performance of the Security Guards for purpose in maintaining good rapport and continued patronage of all our Valued Clients.
